REOBOX 2045 produces demineralized water from normal tap water according to EN13060/EN285 for sterilizers and autoclaves or VDE 0510 for batteries.

REOBOX 2045 is housed in a robust, closed housing. By combining reverse osmosis and ion exchange technology, the system is particularly economical. It can be used as a single or multi-seat system for different requirements.

REOBOX 2045 works fully automatically: when the pump gun is operated or a valve is opened to a directly connected consumer, it delivers demineralized water from the integrated storage tank. At short notice, about 35 litres of ultrapure water with a delivery rate of about 7 litres per minute can be extracted. The refilling of the storage tank is carried out fully automatically at about 1.5 liters per minute.

The integrated reverse osmosis module divides the tap water into a very soft (low-salt) pure water content and a very hard wastewater content. For this, a line pressure of 3-6 bar is required. Due to its low wear, the module works very economically. The waste water is discharged to the sewer system, the pure water is kept in the automatically refilling, approx. 35 liternet net storage tank. If necessary, the pure water is conveyed from the tank to the collection point. It passes through the integrated full desalination filter (ion exchanger) and is completely demineralized. The integrated pump with automatic pressure switch starts automatically when removed.

The advantages of the combination system:

    • Lower consumption costs
    • Higher yield even with hard tap water
    • Easiest operation and maintenance
    • Low space requirement, high mobility due to steering wheels
    • Unproblematic disposal of the used resin (household waste)
    • No more warehousing costs and problems
