Heating Water Refill System incl. Corrosion Protection
A simple way of refilling your heating system with demineralized water in accordance with VDI 2035.
BLUELINE protects components made of aluminium casting alloy in modern heating systems against pitting corrosion with PROTABS Clean&Safe.
- Easy and safe refilling of heating circuits
- Heating water according to VDI guidelines 2035
- Deposit and corrosion protection
- Removes already existing deposits
- Assess consumption level via color indicator
- Easy connection via Gardena plugs
- No expert knowledge required
The BLUELINE refill system is inserted into the filling hose of the heating system (standard with Gardena system). Via the newly-connected filling system it is now possible to fill up the heating circuit with demineralized water blended with deposit and corrosion prevention agents (optionally also pure demineralized water with LIQUIPURE cartridge).
The cartridge is easily replaceable and a change in color from blue to brown signals that it is used up.

*) theoretical capacity at medium hardness; the actual yield is always depends on the local water quality. Approximate rule of thumb: the yield (liters of demineralized water) is about 900 divided by the water hardness in ° dH.
**) if stored for a long time, the color indicator may become unclear and the capacity may decrease; self-test about 10% loss after 1 year of storage.
